Michael Gerard Tyson was born on June 30, 1966, in Brooklyn, New York, to parents Jimmy Kirkpatrick and Lorna Tyson. When Michael was 2 years old, his father abandoned the family, leaving Lorna to care for Michael and his two siblings, Rodney and Denise.

That passion hasn't faded any with age. As it turns out, Malone is still coveting and purchasing new pieces regularly. "I just bought a dope-a** katana from Cold Steel and I like to cut watermelons in half in my backyard," he told the outlet, adding, "That s**t is awesome. I love playing with swords!"

In fact, Tyson credits his bullying for his own ferocity in and out of the boxing ring. "I am just afraid of being treated that way again, of being physically victimized on the streets again," he said in Tyson: The Movie. "I was just afraid, so afraid."

Round 3: Joyce comes out trying to stick that jab in there, also trying to get his short hook around the side. Joyce’s right eye not looking great already, but that’ll happen when a 280 lb guy is landing 55 percent of his power shots. Another left got in there. Good body shot from Zhang, Joyce pecking and poking way up top. Joyce with a good little hook. The activity level from Joyce is helping him a lot now, still eating the odd shot, but not as many. Joyce’s best round so far, but Zhang backs him down with another left, and then another lands. The telling shots are still coming from Zhang right now. Zhang 10-9, 30-27.
